Ticket Stub Displays.

Do you go to live events? Concerts, ballgames, theater. Do you save your ticket stubs as a reminder of a special moment you experienced at one  of these venues?

One of my best friends, Mark, is an avid music lover and concert goer. He has attended many concerts over the years. He is a dedicated Dead Head  and has many Grateful Dead concert tickets. Mark saves his ticket stubs as a reminder of a moment in time when he was part of the music.

Below you will find examples of the way Mark saves and displays his ticket stubs.

The frames are 8x10x7/8 matte black finish aluminum with glass. The displays are
secured to the frame with four snap in fasteners.
All displays are matted and have a 45 degree bevel cut for the album artwork. The
opening for your ticket or ticket stub can be custom cut to your dimensions.
These are an attractive way to protect and display your valued ticket stubs and
make a nice addition to any decor.Feel free to ask any questions.

Grateful Dead 3-22-90 Hamilton, Ontario Set 1 4/7 (cont) Beat it on Down the Line Must've Been the Roses

Grateful Dead

I found this fascinating quote today:

The Grateful Dead’s musical influences varied widely; in concert recordings or on record albums one can hear psychedelic rock, blues, rock and roll, country-western, bluegrass, country-rock, and improvisational jazz. These various influences were distilled into a diverse and psychedelic whole that made the Grateful Dead “the pioneering Godfathers of the jam band world.”[ 7 ] New Release : Winterland 1973: The Complete Recordings Artist: The Grateful Dead (read more)New Release : To Terrapin: May 28, 1977 Hartford, CT Artist: The Grateful Dead (read more)New Release : Dick's Picks Volume 15: Englishtown, NJ, September 3, 1977 Artist: The Grateful Dead (read more)New Release : Dick's Picks Volume 5: Oakland Auditorium Arena, 12/26/79 Artist: The Grateful Dead (read more)New Release : Dick's Picks Volume 28: Pershing Municipal Auditorium, Lincoln, NE, 2/26/73 & Salt Palace, Salt Lake City, UT, 2/28/73 Artist: The Grateful Dead (read more)New Release : The Closing Of Winterland: December 31, 1978 Artist: The Grateful Dead (read more)Listen to track: Sugar Magnolia (Remastered Version) Album: American Beauty Track: Sugar Magnolia (Remastered Version) View The Grateful Dead's page on Rhapsody (read more)Listen to track: Casey Jones Album: Workingman's Dead Track: Casey Jones View The Grateful Dead's page on Rhapsody (read more)Listen to track: Uncle John's Band (Remastered Version) Album: Workingman's Dead Track: Uncle John's Band (Remastered Version) View The Grateful Dead's page on Rhapsody (read more)Listen to track: Truckin' (Remastered Version) Album: American Beauty Track: Truckin' (Remastered Version) View The Grateful Dead's page on Rhapsody (read more)Listen to track: New Speedway Boogie Album: Workingman's Dead Track: New Speedway Boogie View The Grateful Dead's page on Rhapsody (read more)Grateful Dead, May 1977

Grateful Dead

I found this fascinating quote today:

The fans of the Grateful Dead, some of whom followed the band from concert to concert for years, are known as “Deadheads“; they are renowned for their dedication to the band’s music.[ 1 ][ 4 ] Many fans referred to the band simply as “the Dead”. As of 2003, the remaining band members who had been touring under the name “The Other Ones” changed their official group name to “The Dead“. Deadheads continue to use that nickname to refer to all versions of the band.[ 6 ]Grateful Dead, May 1977

Grateful Dead

I found this fascinating quote today:

The Grateful Dead was an American rock band formed in 1965 in the San Francisco Bay Area.[ 1 ] The band was known for its unique and eclectic style, which fused elements of rock, folkbluegrassbluesreggaecountryjazzpsychedeliaspace rock[ 2 ][ 3 ] and gospel—and for live performances of long musical improvisation.[ 1 ][ 4 ] ”Their music,” writes Lenny Kaye, “touches on ground that most other groups don’t even know exists.”[ 5 ]Grateful Dead, May 1977
